Zoe Porter, Global Trainer

Zoe Porter is an experienced Restore Scar Therapy Practitioner based in Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand. She brings a multidisciplinary and client-centred approach to scar recovery and rehabilitation.  Zoe works with a wide range of scar presentations, including post-surgical, oncology-related, caesarean and abdominal scars, and complex or persistent scars that continue to affect movement, pain, swelling, and overall function. Her clinical approach integrates manual lymphatic drainage and scar therapy to support meaningful, long-term outcomes. Zoe holds a Diploma in Therapeutic Massage. She is also qualified in Oncology Massage and Dr Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage (including CDT & advanced levels). She is commencing a Bachelor of Health Science and will complete her Polestar Mat Pilates training in 2026, further strengthening her ability to integrate movement-based rehabilitation with manual and scar therapy.

Caesarean Scar Specialist Course

 

Transform Your Practice with Specialist Post-Natal Scar Therapy Training

The Restore Therapy Caesarean Scar Specialist course combines online and in-person training to provide you with advanced scar and abdominal massage skills to support recovery and reduce common symptoms. In addition specialist massage for caesarean scars, you will learn how to assess for abdominal separation (diastasis recti), apply diaphragm release and use specialist abdominal massage to promote wellbeing after a Caesarean birth. Master skills to progress treatments for a client by developing a range of skills, from gentle techniques suitable in early recovery to more dynamic techniques for mature scars.
