6-Week Beginner Series
This 6-week programme is designed for beginners who are new to exercise, returning after time off, or unsure where to start. You'll receive expert guidance in a supportive, small group environment to help you build a solid foundation fo movement and strength.

Start date: 17 September
Investment: $210 for 12 classes
Class times: Wednesday 6:15pm, Friday 6:30am
